What is your return policy for combat sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, protective gear such as mouthguards, groin protectors, and handwraps cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear ready for an upcoming fight or training session.
How should I care for my Venum rashguards and fight shorts?
To preserve the life of the sublimated graphics and fabric elasticity, we recommend machine washing in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing the technical fabrics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Venum ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Venum products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from intensive training or improper use of the equipment.
