At Venum, we stand by the quality of our fight gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned products must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective equipment and apparel tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
